My friend and I didn’t arrive until around 10pm EST and were immediately accommodated with our rooms. Robert was one of the guys at the front desk who helped us lot only get our room, but Also sat down with my friend and I about good local places to eat and explore.

Had a great thanksgiving in a hotel that was perfectly located. the WiFi was strong, and the hot shower was much appreciated. What's more, the complementary water and coffee available in the room and free walking tour available were both delightful touches.
The bunk beds were too small and low for my comfort, and the noise level from the busy street outside was very high. despite advertising laundry services, these were not available and we had difficulty communicating with the staff.
